Hi everyone this is Nahid with you. Hope you are having a good day. In this post, I will discuss what should we do after installing a fresh windows 10. So, without any further and do let’s start.

After a fresh installation of Windows 10, you will see there will no icon on the desktop except recycle bin. So, if you want to bring the computer and other essential icons on desktop follow the procedure

Right click on your mouse – Personalize – Themes – Desktop icon setting – then select icon that you want to keep on your desktop.

Installing Graphics Driver

Then you have to install the graphics driver, otherwise, your PC or laptop screen doesn’t look great. So, for installing your windows specific graphics driver right click on the computer icon, then click on manage. 

 After this, you will find the menu like this. Then click on the Device Manager, on the right side you will find Display Adapters, click on it.

If your graphics driver doesn’t install on your computer, you will see default Microsoft driver. Double click on it then a window will pop-up like this.

Click on driver then click on update driver. After this click on Search automatically for updated driver software. The perfect display driver will be downloading for you wait some moment. You must have an internet connection on your PC or laptop for this process.

Installing Net Framework 3.5

In third, we install net framework 3.5. In Windows 10 the default net framework is 4.0 or upper but in many software, they require net framework 3.5 to install the software, so for this purpose, we have to install net framework 3.5. For installing net framework follow the procedures.

In windows search bar write turn then it will suggest you on the top of search Turn windows features on or off. Click on it. After clicking on it you will see on the first. Net framework 3.5 which will be unchecked. Click on the box and then it will give you two options, select the first options that are download throw windows update. Then it will automatically start the update, you have to be the net connection on your computer. After a successful installation it will require the restart, so restart your PC. You have done it successfully.

Installation of Essential software

In at four, you need to install some essential software on your PC. For this go to the www.ninite.com then you will see much software. Select the software that you want to install then click on get your ninite. After downloading the ninite file you need to open it and then click on install, it will automatically download and install the software for you.
